Stay Guide עברית

For Airbnb and short-term-rental hosts

Your guests’ questions, answered before they ask, in your own voice.

We build you a guest guide for the phone: how your home works, your favourite places and dishes, what’s on during each guest’s stay, and what to do in an emergency. 4 languages, no app.

First 3 months free · Unlimited corrections in month one · Then $20/month per property, only if you choose to continue

A short narrated recording of the demo on a phone: the welcome screen, the “Your first hour” tiles, and the “Hot water” card opening to explain the water heater.

Who’s behind it

Oren, who has hosted guests on Airbnb in Florentin, Tel Aviv, for 12 years. Stay Guide started as the guide he wrote for his own guests, and the demo is built on it, with a made-up host name and sample events.

See it in action

Two moments from the demo, recorded on a phone, as a guest sees them. Sound stays off until you turn it on.

What you get

One guide on the phone that answers your guests on its own and sounds like you.

Fewer repeat questions

Hot water, towels, check-out time: answered once, found by guests on their own.

Fresh every week

Local events for each guest’s dates, not a list from two years ago. In the pilot: in cities where we can collect them reliably.

Sounds like you

Your places, your photos, your words, down to the dish you always tell guests to order. Not a generic template.

Ready for the unexpected

Emergency numbers and clear steps for an emergency, in the guest’s language.

Reply Assistant

Drafts replies by the rules you set. You review and send them.

Also: 4 languages incl. Hebrew · no app for guests · check-out checklist

How it works

Three steps. From you: a short questionnaire and photos. We do the writing, the design and the building.

  1. Tell us about your place

Fill in a short questionnaire, send photos of your devices and of the places you love, and choose a colour palette and a font style.

  2. We build your guide

Within 14 days. Before it reaches you, it passes a quality review by a designer, a marketer and a web builder. Then you review it and ask for changes.

  3. Share one link

In your welcome message once the booking is confirmed, or as a QR code in the home.

“This week” in the demo: the events here are samples. In a real guide they are refreshed every week, in cities where we can collect them reliably.

Free pilot for 3 hosts

We’re building guides with three hosts before launch. The first 3 months are free.

3 places in the pilot. When sign-up opens, the short questionnaire will be right here.

We’ll use your details only to get back to you about the pilot, and we won’t pass them on to anyone. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Questions hosts ask

How much work is it for me?

You fill in a short questionnaire, send photos, and choose a colour palette and a font style. We do the rest, and every guide passes a quality review by a designer, a marketer and a web builder before it’s handed over to you.

How soon is my guide ready?

Within 14 days of receiving your questionnaire and photos. In the first month, corrections are unlimited until the guide is right.

What does it cost?

The first 3 months are free, and during the first month we make unlimited corrections to your details and texts. After 3 months it’s $20 a month per property, only if you confirm you want to continue. Nothing is charged automatically.

What happens if I stop? Who owns the content?

You can stop at any time, with no fee. The texts and photos are yours, and we send you a copy of them.

Are there weekly events in my city too?

In the pilot, weekly events are included only in cities where we can collect them reliably, and we check your city in advance. Today that’s Tel Aviv.

What about my door code and Wi-Fi password?

They never go on the guide, because the guide is an open web page. Keep sending them to your guests privately, as you do today.

Which languages?

English, German, French and Hebrew, including right-to-left. Guests switch language with one tap.

Do my guests need an app or an account?

No. The guide opens in any phone browser, from a link in your message or a QR code in the home.

Is it connected to Airbnb?

No. Stay Guide is a separate web page you share with your guests; it isn’t made by or connected to Airbnb. You send the link after the booking is confirmed, following the platform’s rules.

Do you message my guests?

No. The Reply Assistant drafts replies by rules you set: your tone, your facts, fixed answers and what must never be sent. Anything the rules don’t cover is flagged to you, not guessed. You review and send every reply yourself; we never message guests for you.

What do you do with my details?

We use them only to get back to you about the pilot, and we don’t pass them on to anyone. You can ask us to delete them at any time. This page uses no cookies.
